Everyone must attend our equipment try-on session:

We’ll send out a sign-up shortly so families can choose a specific time slot.
This is where we’ll fit and hand out equipment including shin pads, sticks, chest protectors, girdles, and more.
Athletes will need to provide their own:
Helmet
Ringette cage/face protector
Neck guard
Skates
There is a $25 equipment rental fee, plus a $200 refundable equipment deposit. Please bring a cheque for the deposit — we’ll simply hold onto it and return it at the end of the season when your equipment is returned.
There is also a $20 jersey fee, and each athlete will receive their own Hamilton Heat jersey to keep!
