SRRL Virtual Fitness Sessions

Happy New Year and best wishes for a back to normal 2021!

The SRRL is offering free Virtual Fitness Sessions for all players registered in U12- U16 for the 2020/21 season.  Details are listed below.

 
Virtual Fitness Sessions began Saturday, January 9th at 10:15am*.
*Time change to 10:15am
Sessions will restart this Saturday and will run until/including Saturday, February 13th. We may extend them, depending on how the Province progresses from Lockdown to the different coloured Zones and restrictions.
 
Saturdays at 10:15am: Interval training
Tuesdays at 7:15pm: Flexibility and movement.
 
 
If you want to join or have any friends willing to get active, please complete the two-step registration:
 
1. Register through the Google Form at the link below
 
2.Fill, sign and email me your signed RO Virtual Training Waiver Form to srramembership@gmail.com
 
 
This is a great opportunity for your athletes to stay active, and keep in shape.  With pandemic restrictions in place, it is a perfect way to get the blood flowing and to help with the physical and mental health of our kids plus you can join in with them.
