2026-2027 A/AA Player Intent Forms

All athletes wishing to attend U14-U19 AA or A tryouts for 2026-2027 teams MUST complete this form.

Only one submission per athlete will be accepted. Only the most recent submission will be considered valid.

This information will be shared to Club Presidents, but will not be publicly available.

This form is for all of Ontario ringette. You must fill out this form if you wish to try out at any association.

**Athletes will NOT be allowed to tryout ofr an A or AA team if they fail to fill out this form.

**Athletes wishing to play B level do NOT need to fill out this form.

**Athletes in U12 and under do NOT need to fill out this form.
